We want you to be completely satisfied with your home fixtures, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging and condition. If a part is missing or a product is defective, our lifetime limited warranty may cover a replacement at no additional cost.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account or use our guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

Pack Your Fixtures

Carefully place the item in its original Moen packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and decorative components are included.

Attach Shipping Label

Print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the outside of the box, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
